What’s the type of this blue plastic pencase there?

Ik, the blue plastic pen case was a freebie when I purchased a Waterman pen at National Bookstore in Makati. Here, they usually do not put new pens in boxes anymore, but in these cheap plastic cases. I also got red ones when I bought Rotring fountain pens.
